Radius Clause

Artist shall not play any shows within a 300-mile radius of Bakersfield, CA between Jan 15th and July 1st 2026, including college plays, record label plays, clubs and other venues. Artists shall not announce any new shows within our radius from Jan 1st until June 1, 2026. Coachella is ok. Any other shows must be approved in writing. A breach of this radius will result in us requiring a 25% fee reduction or cancellation of the performance.
